Remote Control
The smart shades come with a remote control that is already paired and ready to use when the shade is opened. One remote control has 2 channels, which can bind multiple shades at the same time. If you need to pair different shades, please follow the pairing steps to pair the shades one by one.
APP Control(need a hub)
This smart curtain works with the Smart Life APP via the Zigbee Hub under the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. Whether you are at home or away, you can use the APP to open or close the curtain whenever you want, making your home cozy and secure. You can also set a timer for the curtain, so it will open at 6 a.m. and let the morning sunshine in your room, waking you up for a great day!
Voice Control(need a hub)
This roller shades is compatible with Alexa/Google Home via Zigbee Hub. Just connect the gateway to Alexa/Google Home by the APP, and then you can easily control the curtain with voice commands. Whether you are busy working or relaxing in bed, you can open or close the curtains with just one sentence.
Inside Mount
Measurement:
1. Please ensure that the minimum depth of your window is 3 inches.
2. The height of the window should be less than or equal to 72 inches.
3. The width of the shade should be be less than or equal to the width of the window. (Note: the actual width of the shades is 0.5 inches less than the order width).
Installation method:
1. Paste the reference slip for installation position to the desired location, and then drill holes with an electric drill in the position with internal installation reference position.
2. Hammer the expansion tube into the drilling position.
3. Secure the internal mounting bracket to the wall with the Phillips screwdriver and long screws.
4. Tilt the shade onto the internal mounting bracket.
Outside Mount
Measurement:
1. The height of the window should be less than or equal to 68 inches.
2. The width of the shade should be 3 inches wider than the width of the window.
Installation method:
1. Paste the reference slip for installation position to the desired location, and drill holes with an electric drill in the position with external installation reference position.
2. Hammer the expansion tube into the drilling position.
3. Secure the internal mounting bracket to the external mounting bracket with the Phillips screwdriver, short screws and nuts.
4. Secure the assembled mounting bracket to the wall with the Phillips screwdriver and long screws.
5. Tilt the shade onto the internal mounting bracket.
Warm Reminder
1. Before use, please carefully read the manual for proper installation and operation of the curtains.
2. When you install the shade, make sure the switch is on the right side. If you install it wrong, the shade will run in the opposite direction. In that case, you can reinstall the shade’s direction or use the shade’s reverse function to reverse the direction of trave, without resetting.
3. The remote control has 2 channels that can connect to multiple curtains at the same time. But you need to remember which channel goes with which curtain, so you can use the remote control to adjust the shades. If you can’t control the curtains, it might be because they are set on a different channel, or they are not paired with the remote control.
4. If you want to control the curtains through an app or a voice device, you need an extra Zigbee Hub to connect the curtains with the app/voice device, so you can have smart control.
5. Tiny light gap will exist on each side. Please choose outside mount for 100% blackout.
