What Do Houseplants Do For Our Indoor Environment?
Many houseplants can absorb toxic substances such as formaldehyde, benzene and trichloroethylene, which are found in man-made materials that are known to “off-gas” pollutants into the air in our homes. In addition to this, a study done at Virginia Tech led researchers to conclude that houseplants can reduce indoor dust by up to 20%.

Goat Hair is a very soft yet fine natural material with properties that make it excellent for use in fine polishing and cleaning. It is non-conductive. Goat Hair is soft, resilient, and long-lasting.
Use this cone to grow larger seeds, pits, or bulbs over water – such as avocado seeds, tulip bulbs, or to showcase any plant cutting with their roots growing in water.
Southside Plants Cleaning Wipes
Our earthworm castings are carefully harvested and processed to ensure that they are free from pathogens, weed seeds, and other contaminants.
Water Conditioner
Houseplant Tap Water conditioner makes tap water safe for houseplants. Remove Chlorine, hydroponic setup, chloramine, and irrigation. While using our houseplant tap water conditioner, you may notice plants growing taller and more robust. This is because this Tap Water conditioner allows chlorine to dissipate before hitting the soil’s ecology.
One 100% Organic, compressed Coconut Husk Peat brick (8 x 4 x 1.8-inch) expands to two gallons of coconut substrate. The perfect size for houseplant repotting projects. When ready to use, just cover with water and wait! Great for improving drainage & soil aeration, our pre-rinsed coco peat can be used on its own, as a soil amendment, or as a component of homemade potting mixes.
WHAT IS COCO PEAT? Coco peat is made by shredding coconut husks (coir) into a fine consistency and is a sustainable, water-absorbing equivalent to environmentally taxing peat moss. Coco coir can also be made into coco chips, a coarser, chunkier product that provides an eco-friendly alternative to conventional mulch. Choose coco peat over coco chips when you need a finer consistency and a bit more moisture retention in your soil.
BEST AERATION & DRAINAGE FOR HEALTHY ROOTS – Coco peat makes a great growing medium for houseplants. It retains more water than regular soil, providing optimal hydration. But because it does not clump like clay, it keeps your soil aerated reducing the chance of root rot.
HOW TO USE – VERSATILE – Coco peat can be used for everything from germinating seeds, growing cuttings, repotting houseplants, and amending garden soil. Coco peat can reduce clumping (and root rot) of clay soils and bring more moisture to sandy, dry soil. For cacti, succulents, and other plants native to drier climates, you can also mix coco peat with materials like pumice or sand to replicate the arid soil of the plants’ natural environment.
